Hyun-A Park

President Hyun-A Park has spent her 20 year career working to strengthen strategic budgeting processes for transportation and other public sector capital assets. Prior to co-founding Spy Pond Partners, Ms. Park was Vice President at Cambridge Systematics, Inc. with responsibility for the Asset Management business line. She also served as Deputy Director of the Massachusetts Division of Capital Planning and Operations. Ms. Park chairs the Transportation Research Board's Strategic Management Committee. She has Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Urban Studies and Planning from MIT. She was a term member of the MIT Corporation from 2001-2006.

Frances Harrison

Chief Technical Officer Frances Harrison has 25 years of experience consulting to federal, state and local transportation agencies on a broad array of policy, planning, performance management, and information systems initatives. She currently focuses on helping agencies to make better use of data to support budgeting and management decisions. Ms. Harrison is a member of the Transportation Research Board's Information Systems and Technology Committee, and chairs the Data Section Subcommittee on Metadata. She has Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from MIT, and a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering-Transportation from the University of California at Berkeley.
