In this role, the selected individual will support state, local, and federal transportation agencies in delivering innovative solutions to challenging transportation and infrastructure management problems – helping these agencies develop, maintain, and operate more sustainable, integrated, and equitable transportation systems for the people that they serve.

Responsibilities

  • Perform research and analysis to synthesize, guide, and advance the state of practice
  • Design and conduct interviews and surveys to understand current and desired business practices and capabilities and identify improvement needs
  • Synthesize information and consider “big picture” organizational context to deliver business insights, recommendations, and improvement programs
  • Create spreadsheets and decision-support tools
